Osteopathy
Becoming increasingly recognised as a first line treatment of back pain and other musculo-skeletal conditions, Osteopathy is an established system of diagnosis and manual treatment that is recognised by the British Medical Association as a distinct clinical discipline. Its main emphasis is on the structural integrity of the body.
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial Osteopathy is a specialised technique described as 'indirect' as no manipulative thrust is applied to any spinal joint. The cranial osteopath believes that the fine joints, or sutures, of the bones that form the skull allow tiny movements to occur between them.
Workplace Assesment
With increasing pressure on Employers to ensure a safe working environment for employees, the starting point is to have a workplace assement to identify risk and to provide advice on how to avoid or minimise time off work due to back pain, postural or other musculo-skeletal related problems.
